Actor Park Ki Woong Says K

Recent rumors between Ailee and actor Park Ki Woong invaded netizen forums and Ailee attempted to clear up things up about her and Park Ki Woong being close to each other. On the other hand, Park Ki Woong also was surprised about the recent buzz on twitter. The actor recently tweeted to support Ailee but he used her real name over her stage name, showing how he cheered for Ailee's new song, which left media and netizens wondering whether they were close enough to be dating. When asked about the recent rumors about her and the said actor, Ailee said to her defense stating, "I've never even met Park Ki Woong. I was also surprised upon seeing articles about him supporting me. I found out that Park Ki Woong is close friends with my manager and is a big fan of mine. So I'm very thankful for the support."Park Ki Woong, on his side, also was a bit confused about Ailee's recent statement as well as how the buzz about them got around, since he said to his knowledge that it was Ailee's representatives who asked him to post a supportive tweet for her. Park Ki Woong says, " Ah, about yesterday's happening ^^;; Ailee's reps were the one who asked me to promote her making it seem like she and I are close. There were a lot of articles about that yesterday, and as someone who was just helping, I was kind of baffled by it. However, Ailee personally called me and we went over the parts that weren't conveyed clearly. I still support her nevertheless! U&I is good ^^". Well, now that it is clear, maybe they can become good friends and actually get closer through this incident. Park Ki Woong seems to be a gentleman with that clarification, still voicing his support for Ailee.

The other day my girlfriend fell asleep on my couch after a night of watching an unhealthy amount of Korean variety shows, music videos, and dramas. While she slumbered, I stayed awake mindlessly watching an endless amount of Inkigayo performances. Just as I shut my computer off, my girlfriend started speaking in Korean and singing K-pop songs and that's when it hit me-I need to write a post on K-pop idols and their sleeping habits. So a big thanks to my friend who didn't know her creepy Korean sleep performances inspired this post.

K-pop idols don't sleep. Their schedules allow maybe a few hours of sleep, but unlike you and me who get at least 6 hours of deep sleep, these idols need to be on their music game 24/7 which means sleep is a luxury. If I was working as hard as these idols, I would probably be sleep-walking, sleep-talking, sleep-singing, sleep-dancing, during the hours where I should be still and fast asleep. Let's take a look at the strangest K-pop idol sleeping habit stories!

MBLAQ's Lee Joon is a sleeping traveler. He's known to have the ability to sleep anywhere, anytime, anyplace. He's slept everywhere from closets, the bathtub, and even fell asleep on the stage once! Lee Joon, you can fall asleep in my bathroom any time you want!

SHINee's Minho works as hard as any other K-pop idol in the industry. He's young, he's overworked, and he needs his sleep. The most I've ever slept was 17 hours straight after a long trip but Minho beats me by a million miles. The cutie pie member revealed on a variety show that he once slept for 48 whopping hours straight. After a long day of soccer and hanging out with his cronies, he passed out at his friend's house and didn't wake up for 48 hours! The singer remembered waking up extremely famished and disoriented. When he went downstairs, his brother asked him where he was for the last 2 days. Watch the clip here:

B2ST's Junhyung is a hardworker who never fails to perfect his craft. The group's leader Doojoon, revealed in a fan meeting that one of his fears is falling asleep next to Junghyun. Doojoon claims that he often raps while he's asleep. Hilarious!

Miss A's Suzy is a consummate actress. Even if she's fast asleep, she still works on her craft as an actor. Suzy revealed on an episode of MBC's "Radio Star" that she re-enacts all her dreams while she's still asleep. Wouldn't all you boys love being there if she was rehearsing her kissing scene in her dream?

For the last two years the boy band JYJ has been discussing when members Kim Junsu, Kim Jae Joong and Park Yoo Chun would enlist. Fortunately, they did not enlist last year or Japanese fans would have missed out on some great concerts and kdrama fans would have missed Park Yoo Chun's excellent performance in the drama "Missing You."

The timing of enlistment is always complicated for entertainers. All Korean males between the ages of 18 and 35 must serve two years of military duty but those are often the most profitable years for actors and singers. When celebrities enlist they often get special assignments involving promotional activities rather than active military duty. But recent scandals about the abuse of celebrity military privileges have led to much negative publicity and a call to end such special treatment.

The JYJ members visited the Office of Military Manpower Administration early in 2011 for their physicals. Kim Jae Joong, who appeared in the dramas "Protect the Boss" and "Time Slip Dr. Jin," as well as the films "Heaven's Postman" and "Jackal is Coming" received his enlistment notice later that year but asked for a postponement. As it becomes harder to postpone his military duty, he is talking to his agency about an enlistment date.

All the JYJ members are under 30, so they still have time. But they will probably enlist later this year or early next year, once they can coordinate the dates with previously scheduled group activities. You can read the full story at KdramaStars.com.
